1. Who we are

2. What we offer

A free, indicative analysis of a site's speed, based on public data and automated tests, explained in plain language, plus an automated assistant (Claudiu) through which you can leave Andrei a message.

3. Scope

These terms apply to your use of the site, the free analysis and the Claudiu assistant.

4. Permitted use

You agree:

• to submit only addresses of public sites;
• not to use the service in an automated way or at high volume (scraping, repeated requests);
• not to try to get around technical limits;
• not to use the assistant for illegal or abusive content.

We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

5. Data sources and methodology

• Real-visitor data comes from Google's Chrome UX Report (CrUX), licensed under CC BY 4.0, and reflects the last 28 days.
• Simulated tests come from Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse).
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google.

6. The Claudiu assistant

For now, Claudiu is an automated assistant with fixed steps: not a person, and not an artificial-intelligence system. The message you leave reaches Andrei, who replies to you personally.

7. No warranties

The analysis is provided “as is”, for information only. We don't guarantee the accuracy of data supplied by third parties, uninterrupted availability of the service, or any particular result (for example Google rankings or sales growth).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the free analysis. This limitation doesn't apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

• The site's content (texts, design, the “Andrei & Claudiu” brand) belongs to us.
• You may use the report you receive for your own needs.
• CrUX data remains under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

10. Personal data

We process data in line with the Privacy notice.

11. Commercial communications

We don't send you offers or a newsletter. We use the details you leave only to answer your request.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on the site on the date of use.

13. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably, failing which by the competent courts in Romania.
